Prepare your schedule: Being a night owl is not easy. you need to face the fact that most of the important lectures are scheduled in the morning. You can study well on time and come prepared the next day.

Eat the right snacks: Snacking is just not a choice, but sometimes it is the need of the hour especially when you are planning to study late at night. Snacking keeps the person as well as their brain active. But eating right is really important. Fatty or sugary snacks can induce sleep and thus you need to stay away from that. Try out some healthy snacks so that you are awake at night. Keep something in your student apartments.

Take a nap: Taking naps across the day has been proven to help students know how to pull an all-nighter. Power naps are really magical if you know how to do it right. As you are a person who does not sleep a lot at night, you can schedule power naps throughout the day. You can add a small 20-minute nap in between the study sessions so that you can be fresh for your morning lectures. a nap is important as your brain needs to feel rested so that it can concentrate more. a nap can prepare you for your late-night study sessions. Taking naps can prevent you from falling sleepy and staying up all night. This can also result in a messed up sleeping schedule which can affect you negatively.

Take a walk in between: When you plan to study abroad, you need to keep a lot of things in mind. Walking after regular intervals will let you keep your body as well as your brain equally active.
